A-What size should I choose?

At Herlla it is easy to choose your size thanks to the size chart shown directly on the products. If you are undecided between two sizes, choose one size smaller for a more transparent effect.

B-I have a question, how can I contact you?

C-How do I track my package?

Within 24-48 hours of delivery, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If tracking information is not available, it is probably because the local courier has not yet picked up the package.

Q-Is delivery guaranteed?

For our deliveries we rely on ultra-secure delivery experts.

E- I'm not satisfied, can I get my money back?

You can get your refund within 14 days. You will need to inform us by email and we will explain the return procedure to you.
However, the product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all items delivered. Items returned incomplete, damaged or dirty will not be accepted. F-Why are our products better?

We produce our sets in our own factory, using our own know-how. Our travels around the world have awakened our sensitivity to the diversity of skills, and it is this feeling of comfort and lightness that we have tried to embody with Herlla.

G-How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will be able to refund you directly. However, once your order has been shipped, we no longer have the option to cancel it. Your solution will be to return the product to us once received, in accordance with our returns and refunds policy.

H-How do I get the promotional code?

The promotion will be applied directly to your cart.
