RETURNS
---- Our return policy is 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since the day of delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the package, otherwise the customer will be informed of the return period, which can be longer or shorter with explicit mention of the deadline, if applicable.
In order to be returned, the item must be unused and in the condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some types of products cannot be returned. For example, perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
For hygienic reasons, returns or exchanges of intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials or substances, flammable liquids or gases are not accepted.
By intimate products we mean: underwear, panties, thongs, bras, boxers, swimsuits, bodysuits and all other products related to intimacy.
Other items cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Some health and personal care products
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.
Do not return purchases to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds will be given: (where applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS cassettes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
*Any item that is not in original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for a reason other than our error.
*Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery or after the returns deadline.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.
1-b) Late or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially sent.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before your refund is sent.

Items on sale or on promotion (where applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, items on sale or on promotion are not.
2.Changes (where applicable)
We will only replace items that were originally defective or damaged. If you want to replace the item with an identical one, please send an email to infoherlla20@gmail.com.
3.Gifts
If the item was specified as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift credit will be mailed to you.
If the item was not designated as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift shipped the order with the intention of returning it later, we will send them the refund and they will know that you have returned the his gift.
Shipping
To return the product, you must send an email to nfoherlla20@gmail.comΒ and we will indicate the place to send the product to be returned, which will depend on your geographical location.
For the moment, Herlla will bear the costs of returning the product. If necessary, we will expressly specify this in the email notifying you of the return of the item.
The time it takes to receive the replaced product may vary depending on your place of residence.
We expressly specify that the refund or exchange will be effective once the returned package has reached us.
If you are sending an item worth more than 75 euros, we recommend using a tracking service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
4- Return prices:
It is also specified that all costs relating to returning the package for a refund or exchange will be borne by the customer in its entirety.
We will inform the customer via email of the steps to follow to return the package for a refund or exchange, as well as all the useful information to make the return for an exchange or refund.
We will approve the exchange or refund request only after receiving the package in its original condition.
Regarding the costs of returning the package for exchange or refundΒ and all other costs relating to the return of the package, the rates will be known to the customer at the time of return of the package, i.e. at the headquarters of the delivery company responsible for delivering the package to the customer's home. We are therefore unable to inform the customer of any costs related to returning the package.
